How does Pay as you go work?
You add prepaid balance and every AI answer (one prompt on one engine) is charged at a fixed price per engine. Failed answers are never charged, and there is no subscription.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Nothing runs on its own unless you turn on automatic runs for a website. Manual runs need enough balance to start; automatic runs cover what your balance allows and skip the rest, and skipped answers never count against your visibility score. We email you when your balance is low.
Does my balance expire?
No. Unused balance is refundable within 14 days of purchase; after that it stays in your account until you use it.
