Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of GeoSurfaced (the “Service”), operated by GeoSurfaced Inc. (“GeoSurfaced”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GeoSurfaced tracks how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok describe and cite brands, and helps agencies turn that data into recommendations and reports for their clients.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Prepaid balance and billing

GeoSurfaced is paid for with a prepaid balance in US dollars. Top-ups are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Usage — AI answers, page audits and website checks — is charged from your balance at the prices published on our pricing page when the usage happens; we may change prices for future usage with notice on that page. There is no subscription and no recurring charge, and nothing runs on its own unless you turn on automatic runs for a website. When your balance runs out, paid runs pause; answers that aren't run are not charged. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with one Gemini analysis a day for one website. 4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service.
• Don't resell or sublicense access to the Service without our consent.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its underlying technology. You own the client data and reports you create with it, and grant us a license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

6. Termination

You can stop using GeoSurfaced at any time; there is nothing to cancel. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment or chargebacks. Unused balance at termination is handled under the Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoSurfaced is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
