Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of GeoSurfaced (the “Service”), operated by GeoSurfaced Inc. (“GeoSurfaced”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GeoSurfaced tracks how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini describe and cite brands, and helps agencies turn that data into recommendations and reports for their clients.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Prices, plan limits, and billing cadence are shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service.
• Don't resell or sublicense access to the Service without our consent.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its underlying technology. You own the client data and reports you create with it, and grant us a license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoSurfaced is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
